general terms

...⩍ ...All of my commissions are free to use for personal uses only, if you use them commercially without speaking to me first or steal my work for the purpose of creating NFTs and/or training Generative AI, you will be blacklisted from my commissions.
...⩍ ...If you're simply using my art for profile decoration (profile pictures, banners, etc.) then credit is appreciated, but not necessary so long as you are not claiming my work as your own.
...⩍ ...When resharing my art to other social sites like Artfight or Toyhouse and/or using it in a reference sheet, credit IS required.
...⩍ ...I work part time and do artwork as a hobby in my spare time. Please understand that I have always been slow when it comes to making art, especially for others as I want to take my time and really perfect the details. As of writing, my turnaround times can take anywhere from 2 weeks to over a month.
...⩍ ...Despite my slow turnaround times I am to be very clear in communication and am always more than willing to share progress updates.
...⩍ ...I reserve the rights to refuse any commission offers even if they are within my guidelines.
...⩍ ...By commissioning me and completing your payment, you agree to my terms and conditions.

payment terms

...⩍ ...Please contact me before making any payments so we can discuss the details of your request. All commission related inquiries should be directed to my discord @decaydog
...⩍ ...Payment will be required (depending on your piece) either after a final sketch is sent or once the flat colors have been completed. Currently, I only accept payment directly through Ko-fi or EMT. All my prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
...⩍ ...I will happily issue refunds at any point before I begin coloring. I do not offer refunds after the piece has been completed.

a painterly style bust portrait of any person or character of your choosing. please provide photo references for real people if at all possible

these go for a flat rate of $20 CAD

Discord is the best way to contact me about commission inquiries, and I recommend reaching me there when at all possible as I can provide the quickest possible responses.

If you dont have a discord, you can also reach me through Instagram or the Ko-fi message function, though its not recommended as I dont check my messages on either very often. I can communicate about commission via email as an absolute last resort.
